Registration

The 2009 session begins on Monday, August 10th (4:00 supper arrival),
and lasts through breakfast on Friday, August 14th, 2009.

The first Encampment deposit:
$7.50 per Adult
$3.00 per child ages 6-19.

This is a nonrefundable fee used for promotion and advertising. It is not
applied to housing fees.

Housing Deposit of $50.00 for singles and $100.00 for families is due 11/1/08.
Housing deposits are refundable until June 15, 2009.
Balance of full payment must be made by July 25, 2009.
